What free transition support means
The offer is intended to help suitable businesses move from their current IT position to Network without paying support fees during an agreed transition period.
The length of the transition can be tailored around your current IT contract end date, supplier handover window, or the date an internal IT person is leaving.
It normally covers helpdesk onboarding, discovery, documentation, supplier handover, support setup and practical transition work. Licences, hardware, third-party services, projects and exceptional remedial work may still be chargeable.
The offer is subject to final Network review, eligibility and agreement of the right ongoing support package.
